Terms

Terms of Service

Review Your AI is an early-stage product operated from Poland. These Terms explain the rules for accounts, training content, AI-assisted feedback, subscriptions, and acceptable use.

Effective date: April 28, 2026

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms govern your use of Review Your AI, currently operated as an early-stage individual project from Poland. If a registered business entity is created or becomes the operator, these Terms will be updated.

By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Description

Review Your AI is a training service for developers. It provides code review challenges where users inspect realistic code changes, submit findings, receive scores, and review missed issues and explanations.

The service is educational and training-focused. It is not a professional code audit, security guarantee, legal service, or replacement for human engineering judgment.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.

If you use Review Your AI on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service illegally or abusively.
  • Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute challenge content without permission.
  • Submit malware, secrets, passwords, confidential company code, or sensitive personal data.
  • Use automation to exploit, overload, or manipulate the product.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated or automated work as your own manual review where the product requires manual participation.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Billing

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, taxes, and included features will be shown at checkout or in the product.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are handled by Paddle or another checkout provider.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. We may change prices or plans, but changes will not affect an already-paid billing period unless stated or required by law.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Withdrawal

You may cancel a subscription through the product or by contacting billing@reviewyour.ai. Cancellation usually stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled according to the policy shown at checkout or in the Refund Policy.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital services or digital content, this right may be affected if you request immediate access before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the consequences required by law. Where applicable, we will provide the required checkout notice and consent flow.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights related to faulty or non-conforming digital services.

7. User Content and Submissions

You keep ownership of the findings, explanations, and other content you submit.

You grant Review Your AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, analyze, score, and use your submissions to provide and improve the service. We may also use aggregated or anonymized data for product improvement, research, and reporting.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

8. AI Feedback

Review Your AI may use AI systems to assist with critique, semantic matching, hints, explanations, and scoring support.

AI output may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. You should treat it as training feedback, not as definitive professional advice. Human-authored rubrics and product rules remain the intended basis for challenge scoring.

9. Intellectual Property

Review Your AI, including challenge content, rubrics, explanations, UI, branding, software, and training materials, is owned bythe Review Your AI operator or its licensors.

You may use the service for personal or internal training purposes. You may not copy, publish, sell, or redistribute challenge materials without permission.

10. Service Availability and Changes

Review Your AI is an early-stage MVP. Features may change, break, be removed, or be replaced.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product changes.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully.

After termination, certain data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available.

We do not guarantee that Review Your AI will find every issue, improve your professional performance, produce error-free feedback, or meet every individual expectation.

For consumers, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Review Your AI operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages caused by misuse of the service.

For paid users, liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
