Refunds and cancellations

Review Your AI is an early-stage subscription product. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled.

Effective date: April 29, 2026

1. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription from your profile billing area or by contacting billing@reviewyour.ai.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Requests

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@reviewyour.ai within 14 days of the charge and include the email address used for the subscription.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or forgetting to cancel before renewal. We may still approve a refund at our discretion for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, account access problems, or other exceptional cases.

3. EU/EEA Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital services or digital content, this right may be affected if you request immediate access before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the consequences required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights related to faulty or non-conforming digital services.

4. Payment Provider Rules

Payments may be processed by Paddle or another checkout provider. Refund timing, payment method reversals, disputes, and receipts may also be affected by the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
